Sofar Sounds

I went along to a Sofar Sounds gig to see one of my boyfriends bands play and I did a bit of sketching during the night, the social media manager of Sofar Sounds Leeds found me on Instagram and asked if I'd like to come to another gig so I went along and did some reportage drawing, the lineup was great and the venue was in the town hall which was beautiful! Sofar Sounds is a really cool concept where you dont find out the venue until the day of the event and you dont find out the bands playing until they start. I want to get better and more confident at reportage drawing, at the moment I just do very rough quick sketches for myself but I'd like to get more comfortable in illustrating scenes and using colour more.
